PRODUCTION
We produce accessories with the cold molding technique.
Starting from rolled ribbon, with the use of presses and step molds, we are able to give shape to more than 500 different articles.
MOLDING
The ribbon enters, through rollers, into a feeder and is pushed into the mold which will deform the ribbon differently with each single stroke, until the final article is formed.
Our production capacity is approximately 10 million pieces per day with a fleet of 25 high-speed four-column presses and over 200 molds.
The molds are designed by our technical office and made entirely by our workshop equipped with latest generation CNC machine tools. Our technicians can be considered mechanical craftsmen and are able to create complex products with tight tolerances.
CUSTOMIZATION AND PROJECTS

Our staff is able to carry out various types of customizations on standard items such as eyelets, rivets, buckles, studs and to create and produce particular items, even based on your design.
OTHER PROCESSES
The molded product then passes to the tumbling, degreasing and polishing department ready to be then stored and/or sent for subsequent processing, such as assembly, painting and galvanic.
Quality is at the center of our business. Each stage of the production process is subjected to rigorous controls to ensure compliance with international standards and all our processes are computerized to ensure complete traceability of each item.
We are equipped with a latest generation photovoltaic panel system which allows us to be autonomous in the production of electricity. In addition to being “green”, we are very attentive to the aspect of eco-sustainability and we rely exclusively on suppliers who are aligned with the latest regulations in the field of SVHC dangerous substances, such as for example REACH and OEKO-TEX.
